The #LetsDoBetterMovement is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization made up of people who love helping other people. We believe in the promotion of justice & equality locally and globally. We believe that actions matter!

We believe the key to creating impactful & enduring change is engaging our next generation of leaders in open, honest dialogue about various injustices they have seen or experienced and then educating these future leaders on ways they can influence the changes they want to see using love and education.

At the core of our member experience are three pillars that inspire students & adult leaders to integrate knowledge and action in an effort to create impactful & enduring change allowing them to become better leaders and the best version of themselves.

Our members include adult and student leaders who want to have a positive impact on their communities. Our members have the courage to take action by:

Leading or volunteering for service projects that address social injustices & equality issues occurring in their community

Allowing their voices to be heard by engaging & educating their peers and others in their local community on the subject of injustices and working together to create any changes that may be necessary.
We organize and set up #LetsDoBetterMovements (also known as chapters) on college & high school campuses (and in corporations) while providing the resources and tools needed for each individual movement to make a difference in the communities in which they live. Each chapter is encouraged to raise money for local causes and engage in productive action-oriented activities.
By instilling the pillars of Service, Education & Engagement (S.E.E) into the lives of our members, we hope to create a new generation of leaders who lead from the heart and can speak about even the most complex issues with love and in a manner that mobilizes their peers in an effort to create positive changes in their communities. Ultimately, the goal is to have each member begin to S.E.E. the world differently and realize they can make a difference when operating with love.

The Three Pillars
Service
Facilitate the desires of young adults to serve others while providing them with the tools to learn how to be impactful servant leaders who are willing to engage others to create change that has a positive impact on those around them.
Education
“Chapters” will work to educate others in and around campuses & high schools on the issues identified & inherent biases that exist that allow people to often unknowingly justify the injustices and work to create change that is impactful and enduring through open & honest communication, educating those around them, and having the courage and willingness to take action to create the needed changes.
Engagement
Each Chapter will identify 1 or more issues that touch their heart and/or their communities and engage their peers and other student groups by initiating service projects and fundraisers to address the social and/or racial injustice that they want to change.
Values
Our values are important because they represent our guiding principles and fundamental beliefs upon which the actions of our members are based. They represent a glimpse into the hearts of our members, the board of directors, staff and volunteers. They make up our DNA.
Courage
The easiest thing in the world is to go along with the status quo and in many situations, that may be the best course of action. However, our members understand when they need to stay silent and when they need to speak up in an effort to create change, and they have the courage to do so.
Compassion
The #LetsDoBetterMovement is a network of members who are simply people who love helping other people. They experience a sense of euphoria and tremendous satisfaction knowing they made a difference in the lives of someone else.
Charitable
We understand that we all have unique skill sets and resources at our disposal. However, regardless of our life circumstances, one of the many things our members have in common is their desire to give back and make a difference by donating their time, talents and/or resources in an effort to have a positive impact on their communities and the #LetsDoBetterMovement.
Commitment
Our members feel a dedication and loyalty to the cause. They have a passion for what they are doing and it shows. Their commitment to service, education and their willingness to engage others are what enable them to address complex and difficult issues such as social injustice and equality issues.
